We are a family farm, not an events company. That means no packages, no upsells and no strangers on site when your group is here. Just the farm, the fields and the Banbury family nearby if you need anything.

Hot tub under open skies — Exactly what it sounds like. Better than you remember it.

Log burners and beams — Rustic converted farm dwellings with exposed wood, durable finishes and real warmth. Kick your boots off at the door.

Catering by request — Linda can arrange food to suit your group. No need to leave the farm.

Farm access — Get involved if you want to. Feed the animals, collect wood, see what the day holds. Or do absolutely nothing.

Taxi to the lake — We can arrange a local transfer for day trips to Roadford Lake and back.

What to Do Nearby

Roadford Lake for water activities and walking. Dartmoor on the doorstep for hikes and open moorland. Launceston just a short drive for food and supplies. Bude and the North Cornwall coast within 40 minutes for groups who want a day at the sea.
